Bria Manning

Community Support Specialist + Loss Support

My Story

Bria Manning is a Dallas, Texas native. Bria received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Urban Studies from Texas Woman’s University. She has worked in the non-profit sector for the past 4 years providing low-income families with the necessary resources to help them succeed.

She first encountered her need for helping women of color while in college while taking a women’s studies course. During that time she was introduced to the documentary “The Business of Being Born”. Her goal is to provide support to families during their most vulnerable time. "This is one of the hardest and most rewarding things someone can do for another".

She wants all of her clients to feel like they are seen and being supported during their journey into parenthood. “Traveling down this road can sometimes be overwhelming and confusing. My job is to alleviate that stress as much as I can while providing adequate support”.

Bria has experience with spiritual guidance, miscarriage navigation, and personal help through peer counseling.
